From 20 to 1,000 people, we are your answer if you are looking for Premium Craft Barbecue.  We take great pride with providing top quality Craft Barbecue to make your food experience memorable. Convicted Pigs BBQ creates small-batch authentic barbecue incorporating flavors and methods seen from all major barbecue regions across the United States, in particular, Central Texas Style Barbecue. Sorry, we do not offer taste testing sessions due to the timing it takes to make our barbecue. We would be more than happy to refer you to many satisfied customers who have used us or come see us at a local pop-up. If you have any questions please let us know.
