When you choose Convicted Pigs BBQ, you’re choosing more than just a meal; you’re supporting a small, family and first responder-owned and operated business that has spent approximately 9 years building its reputation one customer, one event, and one plate at a time.

Are we going to be the cheapest option in town, probably not. But our goal has never been to be the cheapest. Our goal is to provide a memorable food experience, quality crafted barbecue, dependable service, attention to detail, and food that people are still talking about after the event is over. That commitment is why so many of our customers continue to come back year after year.

We also believe there is value in doing business the right way. Convicted Pigs BBQ is a legitimate, fully operating business (part-time operation). We maintain the proper licenses and permits, carry insurance, pay taxes, follow health department requirements and inspections, and invest the time and money necessary to operate safely and professionally. Those things may happen behind the scenes and are expensive and timely, but they are an important part of what you are paying for when you trust someone to feed your family, employees, wedding guests, church, organization, or community.

Like many legitimate small businesses, we occasionally lose jobs to cheaper “underground” operations that do not carry the same overhead or operate under the same requirements. We understand that price matters but there is a difference between simply buying food and hiring an established business that stands behind its product, its service, and its name.

Giving back is also a major part of who we are. Each year, Convicted Pigs BBQ gives back thousands of dollars through discounts and support for first responders, military members, teachers, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Do we have to do it? No, in an industry already operating on tight margins, every discount means less money coming back to our own family and business, but we believe these groups deserve the support. We don't look at these discounts as lost revenue; we look at them as an investment in the people and organizations that serve our communities. Not every business, especially larger corporations are willing or able to make that commitment, but for us, it's simply part of doing business the right way.

And when you support Convicted Pigs BBQ, your money isn't disappearing into a corporate office somewhere. It stays with a local family and a local business. It helps pay our bills, purchase our premium ingredients and equipment, support other businesses, keep our operation moving, and allows us to continue doing something we genuinely care about.

We aren't trying to become the biggest and badest barbecue business around. We simply want to be one of the best at what we do. Convicted Pigs slaw is by far the best I’ve ever tasted and when make a sandwich and mix it with the most tasteful BBQ sauce and pork belly you get a recipe for complete and utter success. I’ve never been a fan of pork belly, however I did enjoy that sandwich a little too much. The brisket was delicious and even more so with the BBQ sauce, (can’t say enough about that sauce)!
