Convicted Pigs BBQ, LLC is a First Responder and family owned and operated small-business located in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Owner/Pitmaster, Chris Jackson has been employed in law enforcement for approximately 18 years and still going strong. Chris's wife Erica, who typically is behind the scenes is the one responsible for the majority of the amazing sides and the fan-favorite, Banana Puddings.
Convicted Pigs BBQ creates small batch authentic barbecue incorporating flavors and methods seen from all the major barbecue regions across the United States, in particular, Central Texas. Convicted Pigs BBQ brings their competition barbecue experiences and attention to detail and combines those arts to create a Premium Craft Barbecue experience like no other in the State of West Virginia.
